If you are not satisfied with the quality of the goods delivered to you and would like to return or exchange them, or if not all or not all of the goods ordered have been delivered, please contact us by email info@oxcollagen.lt
In accordance with the provisions of Article 6.228 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, these quality goods shall not be exchanged or refunded:
perishable goods or goods with a short shelf life; packaged goods that have been unpacked after delivery and are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the perishable goods delivered, which are considered to be foods and drinks with a short shelf life, including those that must be refrigerated according to the manufacturer's temperature regime, you must contact us no later than 72 hours after the delivery. If you complain about a poor quality product, you must provide a photograph of the poor quality product.
If you contact us later than the deadline and/or do not provide a picture of the item, we are under no obligation to resolve the complaint in your favour.
Quality goods that are returned or exchanged must be in good condition and must not be damaged, have lost their merchantable appearance (labels not removed or damaged, protective film not torn off, etc.), be in good condition for consumption and not have been used. The goods must be returned in their original packaging, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, together with the document of purchase and any other accessories. If the goods are not complete, damaged, faulty or not properly packed, we have the right not to accept the goods, not to exchange them and not to refund the money paid for the goods.
Money for returned, undelivered or faulty goods will be transferred to the bank account from which you paid for your purchases within 5 working days of the complaint.
