Delivery conditions

Goods purchased at https://oxcollagen.lt are normally arranged and delivered within 2-5 working days after payment has been received, unless otherwise stated on the item.

Delivery to other European countries

Delivery in other EU countries - by registered mail of the Lithuanian Post. Prices are according to Lithuanian Post rates by weight.

Condition of the consignment

When you receive your parcel, please check the goods and their packaging immediately for any damage. If you notice any damage to the parcel, make a note of the damage in the presence of the courier (if the parcel is delivered by courier) or refuse to accept the parcel. Acceptance of the consignment and signing the bill of lading without comments will be deemed to be a proper delivery and may make it more difficult to deal with any claims for external damage to the goods.
